Happy Beats, Happy Friday

Hello everyone!

This week has been pretty productive inside the shop. We are getting down the process of an assembly line which is making the production of the carts go not only smoother but also faster.

Problem solving.... need I say more?

Happy Friday

Well the long week is over.... kinda. Today we ship to Hawaii which is something nice to have under our belt.

Running into problems should never stop or seize action, it should only promote it. The growth of a new company is nothing but trial, error, success, failure, and then more success. Pushing through the tough spots makes the end result stronger and long lasting and having a balanced approach to any situation is key. Being blinded by optimism is childish and can keep you from seeing potential pit falls and fix apparent problems while being to pessimistic is being doomed for failure. Find a balance, notice the good and potential when it is in front of you and fix the issues before they become even bigger problems. No one ever got anywhere by being perfect the first time around.

Have a fantastic weekend everyone and thank you for listening.

On Sundays We Work in the Sun

So far the week is starting out well. The sun has been shining and business has been steady. We are working on getting more flow through our website, phone lines, and door. Although a trying task at times things do get better and easier the harder you work at them.

Motivation is our driving need and want to do better for ourselves and our families. Making better lives for future generations and making the quality of life better for all who embrace it.

We have options to succeed or fail in everything we do, but the people that don't see failing as an option are the ones that succeed the most!

The Evaluation

Today we got our insurance evaluation and passed which is very good! And we also sold two carts yesterday through our financing company which will help a lot of customers to achieve their dreams of owning their own business and being their own boss and eventually achieving the "American dream."

What is the "American Dream?" I mean everyone has their own wants, ideas, dreams, and aspiration so that must mean that the "American Dream" is multifaceted. It is easy to be manipulated into anything the dreamer wants it to be.

Taking life by the horns and making it into what ever your heart desires.... that's the "American Dream"

have a glorious day!

Money saving tips from Ehow

Great money saving tips.... The more you save the more you make...
  • Shop at wholesale distributors that provide you with hot dog cart supplies in bulk quantities. For example, buy a case of napkins and disposable forks, instead of individual small packages. You save money on hot dog cart supplies when you buy in bulk quantities.
  • Buy close to expiration date for hot dog cart supplies. Close to expiration date hot dog cart supplies are often reduced significantly in price. Just make certain to use up the items before they expire. Your hot dog cart customers expect fresh products.
  • Shop for sales on hot dog cart supplies. Use coupons that you can print on the Internet or cut from a local paper. Combining sales and coupons is a great way to save money and get hot dog cart supplies cheaply.
  • Get free supplies from local businesses near your hot dog cart stand. Trade off for a hot dog or two. What you can get in trade is often much more valuable than the cost of that hot dog. Or even throw in a free drink for them. They'll trade you and give you free hot dog cart supplies that you can use to make even more money.

DOMINICK's HOT DOG TRUCK

And they started with a hot dog cart.... Nice :)

"Woodhaven Blvd. at 65th or 67th Aves., Rego Park
You may be thinking, How is this hot dog truck different from all others? We'll tell you: Owner Angelina D'Angelo has been serving the classic New York frank on Woodhaven Blvd. for 51 years. Plus, the Queens truck's steamed, skinless Sabrett dog snaps when you bite into it and has a soft, meaty center. Dogs cost $2.75; you can add their spicy mustard free of charge or splurge for their homemade onions or freshly steamed sauerkraut. Dominick's dogs remind you why the only place you'll ever eat a hot dog is in New York. And from now on, maybe just Queens."

L.A. nightlife king Sam Nazarian now selling hot dogs

Everyone is selling hot dogs.....

"Apparently, hotels, nightclubs and restaurants are not fashionable enough to undergird developer Sam Nazarian’s SBE lifestyle brand, so he’s adding a new, unlikely element: hot dogs.
That’s right—among luxury linens, rooftop swimming pools and St.Tropez-style nightclubs, Nazarian is now purveyor of Papaya King hot dog carts. The 35-year-old developer has teamed with the New York-based company to launch a series of hot dog stands throughout Los Angeles, the first of which opened in the heart of Hollywood last week. No word yet on whether the Manhattan transplant will taste any good in L.A. and with long lines round the clock at the Hollywood institution Pink’s, Nazarian has a tough act to follow. According to at least one customer surveyed by the New York Times, Papaya’s sausages are just “average.”
